Do you accept credit card payments?
We take credit card payments. You can either select pay by credit card when completing your order or telephone us with your order and payment details. Account customers will be able to log into their account and pay for outstanding orders. All of our dolls house products can be bought over the telephone or on our website www.gardenuniversal.co.uk

I Placed an order but was unable to make a payment/ encountered website problems. Can you resolve?
Yes. You can telephone us with your query on 01536 410794 or you can send a payment via PayPal quoting your order number. Please send payment to Sales@gardenuniversal.co.uk.

Do you post only to the UK?
We post to every country in the world please enquire for postal costs

What Currencies do you accept?
We only accept payment in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling

Can I send an International Money order
No.

I have received my item and there is a problem with it.
Firstly, we are sorry you have a problem with your order. Please email us at sale@gardenuniversal.co.uk or call us on 01536 410794 and let us know what the problem is and we will endeavour to resolve it.

We try to ensure every order is sent quickly and well packaged. Occasionally something does go wrong.

Do you have a retail outlet?
No and there are not currently any plans to open one.

I wish to resell your items. Do you offer a trade account?
For buyers who have a physical shop, sell online or at trade shows we do offer trade accounts which have flexible and generous discounts.

Do you have a physical catalogue?
No, and there are no plans currently to introduce one.

We DO however have an electronic catalogue, available at www.gardenuniversal.co.uk

Can I get a discount on my orders?
If you do not qualify for one of our sought after trade accounts you may still qualify for a discount based on your spending patterns. If you feel you warrant a discount please contact us and we will discuss it.

I make garden products and would like you to become a distributor.
